FYI don't contact ombuds or HR for anything. Even if your boss rapes you. They are out for blood right now, they need to drop approx 10,000 more people. Don't give these bastards a reason. The ombuds number might as well be 1-800-SNITCHES. At this point HR and Ombuds have 0 credibility. Oh and another thing. You can stop the pod cast bullshit. No one cares no one is listening no one gives a f--- about what you mazoratti driving director Muslims/carpet pilots have to say so just shut the f--- up already.

any trust put in any BHI management or group (such as Ombudsman, HR, etc) is foolish to say the least. The only interest they have at the moment is thier merger incentives and golden parachutes.

"No good deed goes unpunished". And so it begs the question to be asked. Would the ELT be better off serving employees on how to reduce layoffs rather than surfing the internet all day? I can only presume this from OP's statement. If true, then tell them to get back to work! Unless they have given up too.

Ombuds is internal only. Anything else is fair game - including allowing share holders to know that BHI has been reduced to a shell with only 3 profitable product lines. And they ain't worth $35B..........

OMBUDS will listen and willing to help, if you let them! Too many (internal) are afraid to contact them for fear of 'repercussions', which is a sad situation!

Sounds like a good way of keeping concerns internal and to avoid public scrutiny on thelayoff.com
