Agree with firing him. He doesn't have the skills to run a business much less a distressed business.

I wonder what his performance evaluation looks like? Maybe he should share his Performance Plus results with the entire company. That would, of course, involve transparency. Something that is just a word out of his mouth and a poster on the wall, of which his company exhibits exactly zero of. On a positive note, there is a good chance that a share of CHK stock will soon be cheaper than a gallon of gas, and in fact worth even less than that.
