Thread regarding L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. layoffs

"Scope" this out - L-3 pays 25M to settle Fraud Lawsuit about non functioning scope! No! Say it ain't so!

In the event you didn't see the news posts recently about L-3 having to pay 25+M to settle a fraud lawsuit with the Government regarding their holographic rifle scope that doesn't work properly and didn't for 10 years or so, and the fact that this particular L-3 division knew about it, but seemed to have a "what the heck, it's only the armed forces and those kooky crazy civilian hunters who want to plunk down $1200," who are using it," then check this out: http://soldiersystems.net/2015/11/24/us-government-sues-l3-communications-for-fraud-involving-eotech-sights. Embedded in this link is a 40+ page court document. It's long, it's tedious, it's legalese, but babies, it's true. Something not always seen on this site; at the very least, it will provide momentary distraction from the Big Boys' bonuses, your own merit increases, layoff rumors, what to buy your husband/wife/girlfriend/boyfriend for Christmas, who to invite to the Super Bowl party, or how to tell your woman that, "yes, that dress does make your butt look fat" and hope to live to see the New Year. Read it, then throw it in the fire or maybe send it to a good class action attorney, if you know one.

Court documents are what they are. Try and find them on a site that caters to legal investigations.
