VPs and above are exempt from signing off on Mickey Mouse documents like watching the ethics training video.
It's serious allegation and BIG crime if found true...I am sure EU found some evidences before making this kind of allegations. Seems QC is getting hammered from all directions, hope it won't run out to be another Enron..
