This is a good one...lol. Wholefoods has some of the most arrogant leaders. Best option is to sell this company or go private but knowing the guys who run this company, they would rather close than sell.

When you lie down with dogs, you wake up with fleas.

UNFI has been a pitiful joke amongst my grocery team since I started. No matter how bad it got, we were told to overlook it, deal with the hand we were given, etc. Mispicks, allocations and plain old bad pallet loading were and are super common. I'm trying to think of ANY other retailer who would put up with this for ONE DAY. Can't think of any. This just speaks to the horrendously poor management at the top. We've been trying to tell these asshats for YEARS about the squalor that is UNFI, our words sinking into deaf ears.

The only reason this could possibly be going on all this time is if someone (or all the ones) on the board of directors/E team have massive amounts of UNFI stock they need to keep propped up. What other reason could there be. It's disgusting. Great job E-team!! Hope you're feeling pretty good about yourself these days.
