I agree 100 percent on downsizing management. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. They don't do anything but delegate .
It's time to get rid of the upper senior management at the bank.
But @ERmD7HF-yqq - in marketing there is a ton of fluff, so we are a bit different
I agree with @ERmD7HF-yqq - many of them have worked their butts off and are paid accordingly. I am sorry for every person that lost jobs today.
Note everyone who is a svp didn't work their but off to achieve the responsibility. I'm not an svp but like most understand more responsibility more money. There are no special severance packages same as everyone else unless you report to Brian m
I would shed no tears for SVPs, they are solid, they are taken care off, they make so much money it's not even funny
