Baker Hughes has said it expects the purchase to add to its earnings by next year. Stewart won't have to wait that long. If the deal goes through, it would likely trigger a change-of-control provision in his contract, giving him a severance package totaling more than $92 million in incentives, stock options and sundry benefits, according to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. http://www.chron.com/business/steffy/article/Houston-CEO-cashes-in-by-bowing-out-1593199.php
