It will be 80 again at the first of the year.... When You can get 2 shares for 80
QCOM would never approve. In fact, they would probably sue us for using the QCOM name without authorization. Then they'd steal the idea--because--HEY! You can't protect an idea under patent, copyright, etc.
Get it approved so the Q will match funds
