Why would anyone buy Weatherford and assume over 7Billion in debt? I think there are probably a few companies just waiting for WFT execs to bankrupt the company where they can get the company for significantly less and have protection from creditors. It will then either be reorganized (risky) or individual business units sold off in pieces.
WFT should buy NOV.
NOV would suck the life out us. GE acquiring WFT and the Halli-Baker divestitures would be a better fit.

Hope so. NOV gives bonus checks to ALL employee. Only 2 people at wft get the bonus
