So what external factor are you going to blame the company's poor performance on next? Don't say the whims of OPEC because that's a normal part of the Upstream business that we all saw in the 80s. Real leaders are shown in downturns and you and your ELT besties so aren't.

Shut down posh DC office and save money. Still high rents there.
Maybe it is time to rethink that whole "lets get rid of that nasty money wasting downstream" mantra. Worst decision ever to jettison the downstream RIGHT BEFORE IT BECAME HUGELY PROFITABLE. Thanks Mulva....
