It is acceptable for all of us to have our own personal opinion of other ethncities. Just dont assume the people you named, or you tagged have the same mentality about other ethnic groups. The layoff is providing us with IP addresses of anyone uploading racist comments and threats. This is a very sensitive subject at the moment. HR relations is currently looking into threads such as these and will be calling you into meetings for coaching.
