I took option 1 as soon as they offered it to me. I just couldn't go back and try to keep a smile. I feel Stephanie was not as transparent about this a she should have been. She called me the day before our meeting. When I asked her what this was about she told me I had nothing to worry about. Maybe she doesn't think losing your job is something to worry about. Also, she couldn't answer what I thought were basic questions about this process like taxes and when payments would be received. As for Megan, she nevers struck me as a leader I could ask about anything. "I don't know" was all I ever heard her. How can you run a store with no perishable team leadership? Anyway, i hope everyone who wants to stay with thee company gets to keep their gig. But, if you have been considering making a move, just do it. Just started my new job and its great. Good luck guys.

I'm a YLE team member who is only staying until I find something new. The atmosphere / moral is so horrible and the work loads are extreme. I can barely get out of bed in the morning my back is so sore, oh well guess I can buy some overpriced supplements to help lol.

This process makes one look and feel like a failure even when its not your own making. The process was fraud and some of the people they let go were very good and hard working ones. But always remember "life goes on"
