Quality = excellent when all customers get an answer for their cases in 1 day. First response time. This basically says - thanks for contacting us can u provide 100 different log files? Or worse, "Thanks I will contact tech team and respond". One year goes by, then ask customer to buy new chipset and close the case. LOL!
