This was something that promised great interest among many internationally. However, while it was launched with great fervor, it was supported with virtually nothing. Now we know the true meaning of 'We Lead'. Yes, We Lead, alright. We Lead eager university graduates into an industry that has no respect for it's experience. We Lead mid-career hires into a quagmire. We Lead nepotism, bribery, and widespread financial law violations in every country in which we operate. Yes, folks...We Lead!!! We are Leading this once great company straight through the gates of Hell. Best of luck to all of you in the various ROMs, LSs, and the other various acronyms that BCG has provided. Btw, how much is BCG's bill to Chevron this year? Anyone care to guess? I happen to know that it is well north of nine figures, climbing right up there with some of ETC and PRC's Greatest Hits; Gorgon, Wheatstone, EGTL, ALNG... I could very well go on... ;-)

That's right, bubba. 1.75MM plus Chevron gave me one year's pay just to see me retire. Jokes on them though, as I had planned to retire in 2015 years ago. House was paid off 3 years ago and I already had a half million in outside investments. My wife will retire in 2016. Waiting to see if ConocoPhillips offers her a severance package after 27 years of service. Retirement will be sweet. I hope most of you fare the same when your time comes.

Yes, that "We Lead" crap ranks right up there with "The Chevron Way or the Highway", OEMS, ePMP, Salary Ranking Process, etc, etc, etc. Boy, am I glad I'm out. Retired with 1.75 million and a sweet one year bonus of a severance check. Thanks, Chevron... and so long!
