July 2011 the company announces the split. It is apparent to EVERYONE costs are too high. In December 2013 the CEO angrily tells his reports costs are too high! Then the COST project finishes November 2015 FOUR YEARS LATER and its apparent costs are still too high for an Independent, our competitors have cut more!! BoD where is the accountability?
