The open order book continues to trend down nowadays, and has been declining every month over the last nine months. Therefore, layoffs will happen in early November and early December as money gets tighter. The questions are where (which location) and who. Every manager ranks his employees from the least dispensable (last to let go) to the most dispensable (next one to go). Find out or estimate this "pecking order" if you can to be better prepared. For me, I am looking at options opportunities outside of the energy industry.

Turtle, bad news HAL uses 5S, and we have plenty lightly used ones in IT from all the layoffs. We'll be using them till 2019.

Nitro will be safe
I'm not worried, I am a superior athlete. I can bench mystic nitro's mother off my cock for 100 reps. My concern is whether or not my new company phone will be an iPhone 6s Plus on December 15.
I think most locations will be going to just one shift. They probably will just leave 2 people in each department or area.
I won't be surprised if layoff happens before Thanksgiving. Reason: company saves a lot of money for not paying thanksgiving and x-mas holidays, if the layoff happens before Nov. 24
