Tell your HR rep first thing on Monday that you are unwilling to sign unless 6 months of pay are added to your package, and that you will sue for wrongful termination unless they can provide that. Then walk out. Don't sign. Only after you are two days beyond the signing deadline will HR respond with an improved offer in return for your signature.
Tell HR that you are feeling desire of killing your self due to the stress and get a better package or you can say I know many things illegal that happen at Qualcomm, sexual harassment, discrimination, unfair practices, slavery, excessive workloads, improper behavior etc
They will then try to make a better deal... Please tell HR FUXK YOU for me
