VP Arthur L. Soucy sold his shares of Baker Hughes stock with a total value of $1,486,386.72. He is in a very good spot to retire comfortably.

Well, if you can prove it... That's insider trading. I still think it was a standard auto sell, most investors use them to average out their gains and losses.

He holds 65 million worth of BHI stock, so that's not really that much. More than likely he had some shares set to sell at a target price, which is what you are probably seeing.
