Will duncan layoff before the holidays or are we done until the beginning of the year. From what I've heard it will happen before thanksgiving.

There is no way of knowing, even the sorry excuses for managers don't know until their puppet operators tell them what to do.
The more sick time you use the better chance of staying is what I noticed from the first layoff
