983 has it backwards. The Million Student March is November 12th and the AI open house is November 21st. But yes... you need to look up your local time for both events.

I agree with 613. Even a small protest is a protest and sends a powerful message.
Just a world of encouragement for those who plan to protest. The numbers usually are not even close to what you might want, but dont be discouraged if only a few show up, its the start of a ball rolling not the end of the game.

Again, when is the downtown pittsburgh/strip online division protest? I will be there with others if this is being organized. Like some others on here, I strongly feel it needs to be.
- Yes you can. This is nation wide for all college tuition, degrees and treatment of teachers.
Can we protest our "non-profit" colleges for burying us in debt as well? And for giving no warning about responsible borrowing or how terrible the job market is and how worthless our degrees are? This isn't just a for-profit issue.

Who is going to protest the workers at the online division in downtown pittsburgh, at edmc's headquarters? That is where the real impact needs to be made and is also where the most headlines will be made....
We had two in front Ai Colorado and pissed them the F#$% OFF! They were in panic mode! So many people approached us.
4-5 students at each campus is actually a smart tactic. It makes them more approachable. Too many people and things could get overwhelming, or people may begin shouting slogans instead of engaging in conversations. I think small protests can be, and are, effective.
I'll be shocked if this is more than 4-5 students standing in front of each campus...
