Yes "in-the-know" we think alike. I am exactly the same as you. I refuse to acknowledge any person working below me has any worth i guess it's 'cause i don't believe i have any self worth. Everyone i see who is better or has any potential i crush 'em like a cockroach by ruining their reputation then that makes me feel better about myself and i win!! I love winning!!Oops! Bet you did the same things I did "Manager" to keep your job. I'd hate to think that someone more intelligent better qualified would take my job that's why I to label them as lower level workers then get rid of them later down the road. I'm very covert. I know someday all this will come back around on me but I don't care i live in the moment.
Management will stay in place. It is easyer to replace lower level workers later down the road.
