It seems odd that a few regions are having so many cuts projected and others are saying that no more lay offs are expected in this 2016 fiscal year. Any thoughts?

This corporation lies about everything, don't ever trust a word they say.
Every region did it differently, as they had different goals to meet. I'd assume if it wasnt enough more would occur. Also they probably have a multiyear plan for more positions being combined or eliminated.
