With compliance being the #1 reason for termination around here I am compelled to wonder if anyone else sees a double standard by management. I have personally seen an AM correct and sometimes even encourage non compliant acts and other times have seen AR's written up by the same AM for said acts of non-compliance. Has anyone else encountered these travesties of justice?

Since you are in too name calling you douche. WCT are recorded for compliance. Yes AM's can listen to outbound and ext to ext. the fired for compliance comes from the WCT. Douchebag. I know, you don't!
Hey ass hat, you clearly have no idea what you are talking about. With call copy AM's can listen to every call that comes through your line. Incoming, outgoing, even when your buddies call from another ext.

The WCT is always recorded for compliance and training. Managers constantly listen to them for coaching and training and the compliance team reviews them for violations. The outbound has never been recorded…reason being…the WCT is the critical call.…remember set the appointment right then and there…
Ok. How did the person that got terminated get caught? They said something on the inbound call, but the person on the outbound call can say whatever?
In bound call transfer is recorded. Out bound is not recorded.
