Things are drastically wrong at all levels of management. Certain managers emotionally abuse, intimidate, and look for ways to get rid of employees with long to years of service. And they are given free reign and applauded fod doing so. I found a different job that pays me 22% each year. ConAgra wouldn't be loyal to ms and I'm not going to stick around only to be let go a year from now. What a shame. Talking with people outside ConAgra employees are jumping ship. I am not going down on the Titanic.
