I raise it to 99.99%
Some layoffs or voluntary severance packages in ExxonMobil are likely in 1H-2016 because of the continuing low oil and gas prices. The extent of cuts will be far less than other oil majors which are under greater pressure.
Oil is already below $38 after this latest OPEC meeting. Think about getting into the heath care field ... perhaps nursing? It's a good fit for someone with a chemical background. Good luck to you.

Cash reserves has shrunk from $28.7 to $4.3 billions in ten years. That is not a good legacy. Not a matter of if but when.
The reported plans is Rex will retire in 2016, the company will likely be restructured when the new CEO comes in so may not happen until 2017. It will likely be significant.
Good article published this week on Bloomberg on issues with the CEO switch out. The article does put Rex or the board in good light as far as accomplishments over the past 10 years.
