Here's the shocker .... This investigation only came about after Exxon stopped donating to Hillary Clinton
That's not what the investigation is about, it's about whether Exxon did enough to warn investors about the business risks of climate change (I.e. Something no energy company has done until the last 5 years or so). Exxon's climate research was openly published and shared.
