Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

AMZN market cap now greater than $300B, 3.5 times QCOM

A company with less than $1B in net earnings and forward P/E of 1000

And you know what it will continue to skyrocket

Because Bezos has no qualms in telling Wall Street to stuff itself and make it clear he does not work for them - they can do what they want. He will not change the way he runs his company.

Is wall st submissive to bezos in leather? Does he leave out shares in a little milk dish for algos and hedge funds to lap up?

SM is a pussy who sucks Jana's dick which owns only 1.56% of qcom. Jana is NOT the biggest qcom shareholder yet we are somehow beholden to them. SM and execs are jew loving cocksuckers

It was a new paradigm. Doomsayers were mocked left and right. Let's turn the clocks back....16 years. http://www.wsj.com/articles/SB946504678184913770 At least the AMZN guy got it right, if he waited long enough.

he's also a better salesman, and the addressable market is "the cloud". It's much grander than IoT hardware. So Wall St eats it up. Hence he can afford to not give a fvck. also, $800 amzn could be the final blow off top of the new tech bubble. Like $1000 QCOM in 1999.

@3471

I get your point about a sustainable business model. My point is that he does what he thinks is good for the company he runs and does not care two hoots about Wall Street.

However Bezos has just about turned 50 and will be around for quite a while.

Watch - AMZN I think will hit 800 (if they do not split) by 2016 end

Making no money isn't much of a business model, despite Wall Street's hopium addiction. It's probably only sustainable until Bezos drops dead or steps down to move to Mars.
