Hey Meow, I don't see anyone crying about slowing down... it looks more like a celebration to me! So why don't YOU call the waaaaaambulance, troll! If you don't like it, how about YOU quit and move on with YOUR life? Looking for someone to blame? Why not focus on MANAGEMENT for assuming people would just continue to be super-productive and there would be no repercussions? Well you what happens when you assume. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to take a nice long bathroom break.
It doesn't make any sense if you are a team member to work harder and harder. You will not be compensated fairly. To work your ass off (like I have the past 4 years) and then get a small 50 cent raise is really a slap in the face from the company. So that's why people shouldn't work hard for whole foods.
To those who say 'just leave!,' do you not have bills to pay? Whole foods doesn't pay enough for you to just quit.
