I'd be curious to hear anyones experience leaving wfm. I've been with the company a decade, starting as a TM in the NYC stores, moving to a regional position. it's not all peaches and roses at regional, contrary to how I used to think while I was working in the stores - the one positive benefit is the regular schedule (I'm in a non-exempt, hourly position).
I've long flirted with the idea of finding a new job with a different company, as I've become more than frustrated with the extremely vertical, authoritarian, fear-driven culture that permeates the NE region (sadly it sounds like this is a company wide issue).
Anyway, just curious if anyone has any success stories/words of encouragement about leaving WFM (my awareness of the grass is always greener perception has kept me from moving beyond this quagmire)
