I find it hard to believe salaried employees will be leaving new headquarters at 1 pm. Get ready to work lots of hours at home :-/
yeah...so you're hourly...not salary. You are right, if you work extra hours, you are paid over time because you are an hourly employee and they have to pay you overtime. If i work extra hours, I get hosed, but if i decide to leave every day at 1:00, i still get paid for my full 40 hours of work whereas you would only get paid for 25 hours...there's give and take for both...
Oh they got u fooled into think u special? U get salary? So do I it just broken down hourly. Ain't yo job hourly too they just package it up real nice and tell u u get a salary. Least I get overtime when I put in extra hours! What do u get when u go over your hourz for salary? Nothing?
Plant production positions wont be affected. But if your a company mgmt. position then you are in the possible cut areas.
Yeah the layoffs were for salaried people, not hourly.
