I left QCOM two months ago. I'm wondering how much you will get cash/RSU bonuses.

Bonus 25-30% of last cycle but for a year, will change next year based on how biz does.
No merit for senior staff and above.
RSU are slightly more than last cycle but this time for a year.
Promotions are allowed and happening

Although still has RSU, it is once a year now. Is it cut 50%?

Bonus is around $1000. RSU for 2,3,4 rating will be "severely impacted" which I am guessing it will be ~0. Rating of 5 will be "impacted" and ratings of 6,7 "may be impacted". No raises for sr. Staff and above. I doubt staff and senior raises will be that good
