Yeah that STL is a serious micromanager...and he loves that camera above ya heads....that store ised to be juan's favorite...but now im not so sure..

Repeat 2, repeat 2. Lol. I thought the manager repeat manager (not leader) literally sleeps at the store to micromanage even team members going to the restroom.
Overall we lost two, repeat two, team members due to the restructuring. I say we are doing just fine.
I hear good thing about that store, supposedly they are not effected by layoffs?
The management has gone down the tubes..and trader joes that opened up 1 block away is taking a big chunk of sales..also the STL is one of those who love to use surveillance cameras to write team members up..
