Higher ups are going to start management layoff process. Supervisors and maintenance managers are first in line. Second are HR managers and other office employee such as DSMs and FSMs.
I would like to see some supervisors out of slb asap.

Layoffs in NGC. Very quiet. Maintenance mng is a foreign. Cost slb alot of money per month including housing and private school of his kids. Enjoy it while you can.

Based on responses, the so-called Environmental Solutions Services Dept. is a complete joke. A lot of unqualified people are in the management positions . They slow but surely have got rid of the most qualified personnel to secure positions. And perhaps still getting the $50-70K annual bonuses when nothing is being produced. The folks that worked there are all telling that those managers are not capable of producing nothing because they have no experience nor do they have other credentials to produce any environmental solutions that would be reasonable, especially in this tough market. It's pity to realise that poor folks are losing their jobs because of such scumbacks. I had thought of Schlumberger better before reading all this stuff and talking to different folks. Regret that the CEO, Board of Directors and their shareholders don't visit this website.
I wish that the British mafia at M-I SWACO in Houston will have been gone before Thanksgiving.
