Guys, I have been glancing at this forum from time to time and it is amazing how much crap is being posted here. There are many people who are genuinely concerned for their careers. It doesn't help to post random nonsense that benefits no-one. If you are unhappy, quit and go find another job, that's what I did a few months back. (You are not married to any one company.) Just don't leave filth here when this site is being used for information by those that really care, that defeats the purpose of this forum.

Not so. I can totally understand 6379' post. This past year has been the most stressful since the 80's for the industry. Double the stress for BHI/HAL employees. If people want to vent, let them. It's "the layoff.com". What do you expect to read here? Articles on team building & lean management?!? WTF. Disenfranchised, afraid, uncertain, & frustrated people come on here. Deal with it.
No one knows anything! Baker is deceitful, so this site is what it is.....a bitch session, rumors, venting, joking......ect.
