I guarantee you that there will be no cuts at Ford next year, we are doing much better. I do not like Union and I think the less role they play things will be better, so sit tight and wait to see what 2016 brings. I am really excited with how we growing numbers and expanding - I hope it stays that way. Good luck to everyone.
