Anyone getting zero, zero, zero should be nervous about the next round of layoffs.

zero, zero, zero. across the board - all sr level employees got essentially the same - zero.
won't be another round of payoffs til next fall (late). 1st review cycle is ONLY for promotions - NO MONIES!!!
phuk QC! another great employee retention plan. guess it only works for executives! move on.
