Many of the student debtors who have been protesting will not receive a penny of the $100M settlement. Injustice like this will continue to agitate these people. Some will fight even more through legal actions and protests.

I would come forward
If any employees are serious about this, I would urge you to come forward as a whistleblower. If you assert misrepresentation of placement rates to recruit students, you could help a lot of people. There is evidence of the falsified placement rates floating around the internet if you don't already have it...
Since the DOJ ruled they only plan to hold EDMC accountable for less than a measly percent of the original asking price, why can't all affected students strike similar deals? Because, fraud. If I were to calculate my new total using the 99.11% discount EDMC got on their ruling, I would only owe $1112.50, and that would still be a ripoff!!!

I am an employee but I have so much guilt and would love to talk to an attorney about what really goes on here . I have all paperwork from day one 8 years ago. There got to be a class action suit still going on for employees of this corrupt place. Any advice?
For Qui Tam? There are lawyers that will do it for free til the cash comes in.
