I can do the work of field crew fairly easily, because I've been 11 yrs in the field and doing BD PDC's FSQC's Job for the past 9 years.

The question is, how many field crew are able to do BD, PDC, FSQC Job role during this downturn and getting Jobs from customer?

Definetely I've got more leverage than the ordinary field crew for sure...

Sounds like you're a hammer swinger and your ass is sore. Any mid-level manager worth a shit can go backwards and do those jobs. It's not hard to drive a truck, rig up iron, and press a few buttons. Maybe if you were slightly more competent you'd be in the office instead of crying on the internet.

Is this English? How many drivers.cementers.toolmen.bulk op. Bulk station op.skid crew personal. Have put in a lot of work to get to the position they hold.Are held until being layed off.

Working men and women that go out and genarate revenue.

All the ones you listed . Are support personal. To field personal. But you don't see that way.

Is that even English ? Cutting the salaries of executives is one thing but many coordinators, PDC 's, FSQC's, Service Leaders and etc. have put in a lot of work to get where they are. Stop whining like a entitled child and make sure you're promoted before the next down turn.
