please guys, trying to be serious. As qcom employees, do we no say in firing SM? We should be able to get him fired... Need ideas

Start a Q union, that will sink him.
As a shareholder, you can propose any issue for a vote on the annual meeting agenda or propose it during the 'other matters of business' section. Just show up on the annual meeting and demand the resignation of SM & PJ. It's broadcast live all over the world and will send a strong message to all other shareholders that it's time for a real change in the leadership level.
Just lower performance without making it very obvious...
As employees there is nothing we can do. As stock holders maybe. But let's be realistic employees are not going to organize a revolt.
