Try to diversify as much as you can - I am not sure what's your mix but I would keep as little ConaAgra as possible. I am not a finance professional so take this with a grain of salt, it merely reflects my investment philosophy (diversify, diversify, diversify) - I am almost about to retire and I am very cautiios
