Totally agree on the nepotism crap.
the kids I see being hired just because 'my dad works in ....' With a smirk in their eyes, is very disappointing.
I say what difference does it make? If you get to see the new org chart, what is it you would be most interested to know?... Who stayed and who didn't? Just forget it, man. All you need to know is YOU are not on it. Find a new job and get onto that org chart instead.
It would be all to easy to post a PDF anonymously on the web but due to nepotism and inept decision making by managers, employees lack the skills necessary to do so. They do not place the right person for the right job in a position. They place sons and daughters of past employees in positions. Good luck with your request for that GOM ORG chart OP.
About 98% of GOMBU contractors will be laid off. The poor IT employee who attempted to post a PDF link of that org chart was just fired 10 minutes ago. Are you happy now?
You can't expect a Chevron IT employee to know how to post a PDF and send a link!!
