How about that olive bar that only gets pulled and deep cleaned once every blue moon..... OOOOOOPS! That was when we DID have help, lol.

Good point. The Health Dept is obsessed with every last thing...until the slop gets thrown onto the hot bar or salad bar. Then the Health Dept goes on "ignore" and acts like they don't see all the stuff that we do...customers grabbing food with their hands, kids munching on something and putting it back...It's all disgusting. Salad bars, soup bars and open candy and cookie stations, hot bars...all of that should be banned. It's gross. PS: Don't forget the unattended sample domes. I think I'm gonna barf.
