I have worked for these “superheroes” and they are the kind of people that are keeping the lights on at Citrix by helping to release great XA/XD products! People that post sh!t about our company are Citrix haters (VMWare lovers) or low talents that do not work at Citrix anymore. Instead of posting crap about Citrix and its employees go get a job or do something good and productive in the society.
The press reports mention another round of layoff in Jan so maybe they will axe the superheroes then. No clue why crappy leadership get a pass to continue ruining a great company like Citrix year after year. This Robin fellow (Ali) gets passed from team to team like manual testing, interop testing, release, automation development, scalability, etc and has done more harm than good from what I hear from good folks still at Citrix: can't even have a technical discussion with this guy and he runs a development team, big loss for Citrix's future. Bring on some real talent I say.
worthless department is gone????but I heard all the PM'S quitted within few months early this year. Even the principal engineer in fll ran away after a few weeks of joining. I love taas big data technology but the leader is a @$$hole. I hears he is very good friends with the big bosses.

You have to build a team with 6 people to do telemetry crap that needs just 1 engineer so what do you do with 5 extra people it's simple - keep the engineer, have him report to a manager, have him report to a director, have him report to a senior director and thats how ladies and gentlemen you become a frikkin VP...Oh now you have an open position. what do you do...easy peasy get a hottt admin assistant. Life is good.
Either figure out how to do this or stop envying people that have the suave and balls to do it. Mmmm ok?
