Hey guys in India, why dont you work 24 hours, anyway its crappy work.

i just got an email telling me to fill out my goals/achievements....
In India we now have to work 10 hour days at Dell
nobody is getting salary increases, training or promotions. Whatever position you join at will be the position you leave at.
Staff are still getting salary increases but it is at the discretion of management. Did you brown nose enough this year??
If you work for Dell Services, there will be no promotion or salary increases, Dell would rather lose their experienced associates than promote them. It is also highly unlikely you will get a bonus. Staff are not trained unless they pay for it themselves and this has been the case for years.
