Let's see them try to enforce that no-compete. It's as ineffective as the leadership within Weatherford.

So weatherford wants to let you go, but don't want you working anywhere else. Thats stupid. If a person is that important to daily operations, than why offer them the package?

The no compete clause does not hold up in court unless your paid not to compete. We have some ex Baker guys that work for us that know this way too well. They were sued personally by Baker on grounds of no compete

We wont be competing when wft goes bankrupt or sells out. Do you really think they will persue it? Nope. Im gonna sign get my money and will apply for another job in wff, and guess what i will ask for more money because im experience and can start day one and no the ins and outs.
