just my opinion but wasn't Today the day Austrailia delivered its decision regarding the merger. And Shouldn't HAL or BHI have released Australia's ruling by now? WTF, did I miss something.

You should have received internal communication - delayed until sometime 2016.
They delayed making a decision - this is from the ACCC website - "Former proposed decision date of 17 December 2015 delayed to allow the merger parties additional time to provide information and to allow the ACCC to consider the information it has received"
