I truly think there is no future for Qualcomm. You may want to start looking for a job right now, get out there, network, volunteer if you'd like. Morale is so low, it's incredible, I think it cannot be worse. It's hard on our folks as we were flying so high, and now we are about to hit ground so bad, it's not even funny. Many of us never faced a troubled work environment before, and now, it's absolutely horrible. People who run this place, the leadership - they do not care - WAKE UP. You are just a number, get off your ass change that...

I think 2016 will be a good year for the company. Stock will see upper 50's/low 60's.. Good opportunity to get a huge ESPP gain with the large stock swings once the trend is up.
Long-term, I'm pessimistic. 2016 good year with 2017 flat and then gradual decline unless one of these new bets pays off. If any area has the potential for high growth, I think it is QC Life.

Im also a senior director. I sit on my ass all day driving my slaves so what's not to like about it? My guys shit in their pants on my ordered. I ordered them to work late into the night and weekends so i didn't have too. One time i told a low life engineer who worked for me to resolved the customer's issue while I was f---ing my wife in bed. He get it done before I did.

What ya talking about OP? Your morale maybe low but not mine. I'm a senior director and i never been so excited about my bright future with Qualcomm. Evething is fine from my vantage point. Qualcomm still got pile of cash left in the bank and some of that belong to me. So what's not to be excited about?
