Problem here is, what does COP want to be when they grow up? They don't know, we are so engrained with our over the top safety crap and our long ass boring meetings that nothing gets done. What a frickin disaster. I am convinced that there is no hope. Unless change happens from the top down, our "journey to zero" will be complete, and I'm not talking about some bull crap safety record, I'm talking about stock price. We are headed for a credit down grade and a stock down grade. We have ALL new bosses in my office now and they have no clue ( whata shocker ). Buckle up folks it's gonna get ugly! Best we can hope for is a little bit of severance when they close the doors.

The merger with the crapco was the biggest blunder by Phillips.... This is what happens when you get crapco incompetent/brown nosing staff being put in lead positions....
