I was layed-off 12/8/15. My letter said my last paycheck would include: pay thru last day, all earned & unused vacation, job bonus (if eligible), and reimbursable expenses (if applicable). Well, 12/15/15 came along, and I was only paid my regular wage thru 12/8/15. Contacted HR regarding my vacation hrs, and they said ohhh it sometimes takes an extra pay period for accounting to handle vacation pay. Really, nowhere in your paperwork is that mentioned. Oh, we are sorry. It wasnt good enough to let me go f---ing 17 days before Christmas, but then you keep my vacation pay until after Christmas! I hope HR rots in f---ing HELL!!

Are you amazingly ignorant... no one has been laid off in December? OMG! There were 2 in my group of 12 let go in less than a week. That doesn't even count the operations or manufacturing groups that I dealt with on a daily basis. That is a very small scale picture!
