Like everyone has been saying this is the true morale survey, and there's not a thing that they can do to censor it. #wholefoodsmarket
Most of the experts I knew in our 1988-vintage Windows 3.1 era computer system were just experts in handling stress, delays, and frustration along with error messages and computer lock-ups. The best way to become an expert in our core technology is to become familiar with the power button. That's because when the app locks up, it freezes the entire computer so you end up having to press the power button in for five seconds to force the PC off. Another important IRMA-related skill is taking 2 hours to finish what should take 5 minutes, and then having to go back and try again later because some function inside the program hasn't worked for 10 years and creates a server load that crashes the whole bloody thing.
IRMA is the biggest hunk of shit computer system I've ever seen. With the exception of some humorless bitch in Chicago, nobody knows how to use the damn thing, but this is the system that WFM is using as its primary system? Try using the thing, and if you don't become expert level in a week, buh bye -- you're either gonna quit or get fired.
Darn phone keuboard
Yes validate.TM can feel validated in speaking out. Vilify meaning that the things written here is the true picture of what WFM. is.Make sense?
Vilify? ...or did you mean *validate?
This is a REAL, HONEST look at the dirty secrets inside the NOT CORE VALUES of WFM. I know this blog won't change what has happened or make the company have a conscious but it does vilify the TM who worked hard and deserve to be heard.
This is where the secret recipe for the Kool Aid is revealed.
I have learned so much! Yeah, I'm kinda knew to WF. Thanks, All!
